The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office says a man is facing felony charges after fleeing a traffic stop for an equipment violation in Shelburn late Thursday night and crashing his vehicle into a tree.
36-year-old Brandon Houser was treated for injuries at the hospital and released to law enforcement.
He is charged with felony counts of Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle and Criminal Recklessness and misdemeanor charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Criminal Mischief.
